Do you know, slicing images from Fireworks will be much smaller in size than from slicing the same image with the same quality setting, from Photoshop.

Hear what other Fireworks users are saying
I’m a fireworks lover. It really combines the best of vector and bitmap all in one package.

Hear what other Fireworks users are saying
I’m a recent Fireworks convert and I’ve got to say, once you stick with it (for Web work) you definitely come to realize the benefits in comparison to Photoshop.

Hear what other Fireworks users are saying
I’ve always been a Fireworks user and enjoy its more web-centric features for fast, flexible production work; start to finish.

Do you know?
There are 2 types of PNG. Fireworks PNG and flattened PNG.

Fireworks PNGs can display on web as normal PNGs, with the added bonus that they are editable and contain layers.
