When the news of Steve Job's death hit the headline yesterday, the focus both on and offline was on his work with Apple. This is understandable given the massive following of the iPhone and iPad but he was also involved in something else pretty amazing. Pixar. Without Steve Jobs, his purchase of Pixar and his willingness to let John Lassater go ahead with his idea of CGI movies, we wouldn't have Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc, Ratatouille...the list goes on.
